Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, so if you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, contact us at mod1apparelbusiness@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery

If a return is necessary, we’ll provide the return address. Items must be in original condition.

Note: Since we use print-on-demand services, we do not accept returns for size or preference unless there’s a defect.

 

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be shipped back to us (we’ll provide the return address after you contact us).

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll send you an email to notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚫 Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll work with our print provider to get you a replacement or refund ASAP—no need to return it.
